The Stay
Kairali is one of the few Indian Ayurveda hotels that is located
in a completely pollution-free environment, amidst paddy fields and palm and
coconut trees, Kairali offers the most beautiful route for taking you back to
the nature. There are 30 spacious exclusive villas, scattered over 50 acres of
lush greenery and a beautifully meandering man made river. All the villas are designed as per the
principles of Vaastu Shastra the ancient Indian cousin of Feng Shui. Surrounded
by lush foliage and natural surrounds, namely herbs and trees with curative and
restorative powers, these villas are allocated to the guests on the basis of their birth sign. The
villas are built using locally procured organic materials. Red oxide used in
the flooring keeps the rooms naturally cool but there are air conditioners too
in all the rooms. A divine Valambari
Conch (Turbinella pyrum) is placed in every cottage to emanate positive
vibrations.
Organic Hotel
Your stay here will make you realise that your daily tooth paste has
been replaced by a tooth powder and all the other toiletries and products are
herbal and completely free of chemicals. This is an entirely organic hotel and the food served is vegetarian. Fruits and vegetables in
the menu are either grown in the resort itself or are locally procured and are
organically cultivated. Warm herbal water is served to the guests and bottled
water though available is not really preferred. The two in-house restaurants here serve healthy vegetarian
cuisine using organic vegetables and ingredients as per one`s ailments or
dietary requirements. Dieticians
are around to customize the meal plans of each guest a per the health need of
the guest.
